Having some trouble after a recent break up? If so, you are not alone! Dating and relationships are HARD and many of us struggle at times. Using a combination of techniques from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy I work with individuals to better understand the patterns that leave them feeling unfulfilled in this area and move in the direction of behaviors that lead to healthy, rewarding connection.
