Monday – Thursday: OPEN
Friday – Sunday: CLOSED

My earliest appointments are 9:30am and my latest appointments are 4:30pm. Hours vary by day.


  • Initial phone consultation: Free
  • 60 minute session: $150
  • 90 minute session: $215


I am not in-network with any insurance companies and, therefore, I am unable to bill insurance on behalf of my clients. However, I am happy to provide a monthly bill containing the information you will need to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. I am an approved out-of-network provider for Tricare and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

To find out exactly how much of the fee you will be responsible for, I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about reimbursement rates for psychotherapy with an out-of-network licensed clinical psychologist.

If you would like additional assistance seeking reimbursement, the company, Better,  is a service that can help you understand the process and improve your chances of getting reimbursed. You’ll provide a picture of your bill and they will help you submit the claim for a small portion of the reimbursement. You can find their website here: https://getbetter.co



I ask that clients keep a credit or debit card on file, which I will bill at the end of each telehealth session. Cards are stored with encryption in my scheduling system, Simple Practice.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you are not available at the time of our set appointment or you cancel with 24 hours notice or less you will be responsible for the full session fee. If you cancel with 48 hours notice or less you will be responsible for 50% of the fee. For couples therapy, both partners must be available to hold the appointment and avoid these fees. Exceptions for illness and emergencies will be made within reason.
